It is my tiny gallery in Hamburg.

This little play space is a fun project.

It opened in summer 2022 for the Triennial of Photography as a satellite gallery in cooperation with Deichtorhallen Hamburg.

Kai-Uwe Gundlach

Kai-Uwe Gundlach (born 1966) grew up in northern Germany.

When he is not traveling the world, he works on freelance projects in his Hamburg studio. He works successfully as a commercial photographer as well as a freelance artistic photographer. His pictures are very complex but always have a little sense of humor, and a little idea. Sometimes they are arrangements or simple collages or just snapshots. He likes to photograph people from his environment. Often his works arise spontaneously.

He does not follow a real plan. He gets involved with his environment, observes a lot, and creates out of a gut feeling.
