    We’ve just got back from Les Rencontres d’Arles, where we kicked-off our first 1:1 feedback session at the Fondation Manuel Rivera-Ortiz in ParisBerlin Fotohaus, danced the night away with a fantastic DJ set by Stump Valley from the collective ToyTonics and enjoyed a special screening of the 24 artists selected selected for the feedback session: Anne Mocaër, Cristina Fontsare, Emilia Martin, Fabian Schwarze, Farren van Wyk, Julia Gat, Justus Lemm, Karine Baptiste, Kinga Wrona, Louis Roth, Marcel Koehler, Marcel Top, Maria Beatriz de Vilhena, Maximiliano Tineo, Mikael Buck, Nora Obergeschwadner, Sandra Buschow, Stefan Nieland, Thomas Martin, Tim Gassauer, Valentin Joseph Valette, Varvara Uhlik, Vassilis Triantis, and Zoe Wittering.

    At Fotohaus ParisBerlin we held our feedback sessions with 24 artists we selected from an open call. The artists got a chance to get personalized guidance and critique from our expert team to boost their artistic vision and career trajectory. The feedback sessions were run by our Founder and Artistic Co-Director Simon Lovermann, our Artistic Co-Director & Head of Fundraising Dr. Caroline von Courten, Der Greif Studio Co-Founder and Art Advisor Diana Poole and our Community Manager Francesca Hummler. The sessions were followed by a significant screening of the artists’ images.

    Next, Stump Valley from collective ToyTonics brought a fantastic DJ set to dance the night away at ParisBerlin Fotohaus. Celebrating this latest iteration of Der Greif events in Arles was a blast. In the lead up to the summer time, we’ve gathered with new and old friends, and greeted the opening of Les Rencontres d’Arles with a special selection of Der Greif classics.
