    I create contextualized images with existing, abandoned or tossed graphic material floating in the digital world. After collecting images from the endless pool of the web, I select tiny fragments and rearrange them into digital photomontages. The small fragments are my color palette and the compositions are inspired by art historic canvases, with focus on the human physique.

    Online ephemeral substance as sculptural matter to the offline world, we still breathe in.

    Lisa Pram

    Born on a tiny island in Denmark and raised by the Mediterranean Sea, Lisa Pram is a photographer and multidisciplinary artist based in Barcelona. Her artistic practice delves around the concepts of unpredictability, the randomness with which we occupy a place in the cosmos, and how chance affects our existence. It raises questions around the corporeal and the temporary, to reflect on some of these huge enigmas of life. She has balanced between photography, literature, sculpture and film since 2001.
