    Throughout these years of work and research, I had the impression that I wasn't studying, looking at or admiring masks, but rather beings without time, who led me to visit and discover an archaic life, which I tried to translate with this photographic work Animas.

    Andrea Graziosi is an Italian photographer based in Marseille. He grew up in a small village, a religious destination for many pilgrims. His research focuses on the correlations between human beings and other forms of life. Evoking and working on ontological notions linked to the concepts of animal becoming, parallel dimensions, fracture and strangeness, he aims to produce photographic works in which the role of the printed object is decisive. In 2015, he published his first book, Nunc Stans, with André Frère Ed. He is currently working on publishing Animas project.
