Der Greif X MPB: Behind the Image with artist Aleruchi Kinika

Join us for a live “Der Greif X MPB: Behind the Image” conversation on April 2nd at 19:30 pm CET with artist Aleruchi Kinika. Aleruchi Kinika is the Guest Room Scholarship recipient of 1.000 € from our Guest Room curated by Tina Campt and Keisha Scarville on the theme; “Poetics of Darkness”. We will take an in-depth look into Kinika's practice and series "Blue Hour", which explores the harmony gathered from dreams and reality, coexisting as one. This series portrays her personal interpretation of solitude visited by the friendship of the blue sky just before the silver kisses of the moon comes with the night fall. It implores the exploration of the sweetness around us while basking in the cool breeze as each moment fleets. ‘Blue Hour’ encourages the audience to relish in life’s simple pleasures.
