Built around an open call for photographs deemed "too private, too quiet, too violent, too political, too subversive, or too explicit" for mainstream social media, this issue compiles the work of eighty-five international artists into a striking dual layout that splits images into opposing "GOOD" and "BAD" sequences. Threaded throughout the publication are poignant excerpts from a four-hour interview with an anonymous former Facebook content moderator, forcing readers to confront the human and algorithmic mechanisms that dictate what we are allowed to see online.

Broomberg and Chanarin were an artistic duo based in London. They became famous for their photographic body of work concerned with British colonial past and the consequences on todays society. Nowadays, their Estate is represented by The Goodman Gallery.
