Der Greif 13 — Surplus Management (In and Out of Order) — Penelope Umbrico

Guest-edited by Penelope Umbrico

By requesting images meant to be combined with others, Penelope Umbrico weaved individual works into a new, shared space within these pages. Across the issue, local perspectives from around the globe merge into a single global view, creating an underlying narrative of order and disorder that mirrors our human relationship to the objects we create. While each image is numbered by its original place in the sequence, the publication is intentionally unbound – inviting the viewer to disrupt the order and create their own sequence.
